SAVAC Members Picnic 2015

Summertime is finally upon us, and we’re having a picnic.

Join us for an evening in Christie Pits park, where we’ll be serving a full dinner including fire-roasted goodies, playing some tunes, and having the kind of fun that we were meant to have.

This event is drop-in and family friendly, so feel free to bring the kids along. Bring some park games if you wish.

How to Get There

If you’re coming via TTC, the park is just across from Christie Station on the Bloor Line.

If you’re coming by car and can’t find street parking, there’s a “Green P” parking lot at Bloor and Clinton (just a block east of Bloor and Christie).

Below is a historical drawing of the park, showing where we’ll be (at the pink dot). Please note that the fire pit is close to the playground and a great swimming pool that closes at 8pm, so bring your bathing suit!
